GENERAL ADMISSION RULES

1. Admission is open to all in K.G.I of our Pre Primary section and the students are selected by a committee.
2. For other classes, students coming on transfer from other places are eligible for seeking admission in our school provided if there is a vacancy. Preference will be given to students coming from those schools which are affiliated to C.B.S.E.
3. Admission Formalities
  • A selected student should come along with both the parents to take admission.
  • A true copy of the mark sheet, Transfer Certificate(duly counter signed) and two passport size photograph should be brought along.
  • No provisional admission will be given.
  • Once the selection of candidate is done, the admission formalities should be completed within the dates alloted to them after which seats will not be kept reserved.
4. The Managing Committee is the final and binding authority regrading the admission-rules and policies.
5. Original Birth Certificate(Municipality or Panchayat) and Transfer Certificate(form previous school) will be retained in the school along with the admission form.

ADMISSION/SUBJECTS SELECTION IN CLASS XI

Admission to the senior secondary section is primarily reserved to our own students of the secondary section. The school offers the following subjects and combination.

As the seats are limited, all the students cannot be admitted to the above groups. Therefore, the criteria for selection and admission will be followed as given below:

  • The school will prepare a merit list, based on the student’s performance in class X.
  • Students will be called (along with their parents) for counseling.
  • A student may get the group of his/her marks, subject to his/her performance and availability of seats.
  • Apart from these academic criteria, the CONDUCT of the student should be minimum GOOD at the end of the session in Class X.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

  • Students (with parents) not appearing for counseling will not be eligible for admission XI.
  • Compartment cases will not be considered for Class XI even if they clear the subject later.
A Student from any other school seeking admission to class XI in this school must attach photocopies of the school report card (Class X) and the board exam mark sheet along with the application and present the originals at the time of screening.

The school is run by the Religious Congregation of the sisters of St.Anne of Tiruchirappalli. The congregation was founded by Rev.Mother Annammal, Tiruchirappalli in the year 1858.
